Keep Tyler Beautiful Sponsors a Living Green Symposium – September 11, 2010
The City of Tyler in conjunction with Keep Tyler Beautiful and the Texas Conservation Alliance is hosting the 2nd annual Living Green Symposium on September 11th from 9am until 4pm.
The event will be held at Harvey Convention Center in Tyler and will showcase GREEN products and services available right here in East Texas. Experts on energy conservation, air quality, green building, recycling and other applications for living GREEN will be on hand and making presentations, including Keep Whitehouse Beautiful.
The event is open to the public with an entry fee of $5 per person. There will be prizes, food and music! Click on the link below to see more information about the event.

“10 in a Ditch” encourages all East Texans to take ten minutes to help beautify our communities on the second Saturday of the month. Meet your neighbors for coffee and then grab a jacket and a bag and pick up litter around your home and across the street.
Show all of the people of this great state and country that East Texans care and are doing their part to showcase East Texas as the place we all love and treasure.
