Brown Elementary National Elementary Honor Society is awarded 2014 Campus Beautification Grant

2014 Campus Beautification Grant - Brown Elem1 resizedCongratulations to the National Elementary Honor Society (NEHS) at Brown Elementary, led by Nicole Moore. They have won the KWB Campus Beautification award for 2014. They will receive $200 to be used towards helping with the outside appearance of the school. They would like to plant one large crepe myrtle on the left side of the entrance, sustainable bushes on the right side of the building, and install some PVC pipe watering system for the bushes. Great job Brown Elementary!

 

Keep Whitehouse Beautiful awards this grant yearly to campuses within the Whitehouse ISD.   The grant, which is $200, will go towards any type of landscaping improvement for the campuses.  In years past, gardens, trees and flowers have been planted around the campuses.Brown Campus Beautification Grant - Brown Elem2 resized
